Hello the incredible shrinking man. First of all I want to say that you are truly incredible and evidently shrinking. Your journey have inspired me to start a journey of my own. Starting Monday I will be embarking on my own journey to prosperity. I currently weigh 110kg, I will try to keep posting my progress in this thread. Thank you incredible shrinking man

Well at 185cm and 108.1kgs he is technically still obese, since he has a BMI of 31.6 which is 1.6 points over the obesity threshold

Hello, the incredible shrinking man here. Just want to let you guys know that soon, probably within a month, the obesity treshold will be passed, thus I'll enter the stage of overweight, the treshold weight is 102 kgs and then a new uppdate will be posted. Then the long journey to normal weight starts, and I'll have to keep grinding to 85 kgs.
